1 day plan diet:
Breakfast - high fibre cereal + low fat milk + berries
Morning snack - walnut (spice walnuts)
Lunch-Salmon (salmon burger)
Mid-afternoion snack - Latte (calcium and protein)
Dinner - Lean source of protein (chicken, turkey, tofu), Salad (spinach salad)
