Legends of 3 Kingdoms Card Game English edition Do-It-Yourself (DIY)

Recently my friend introduced to me a cool card game called 'Legends of the 3 kingdoms' or SanGuoSha (3 kingdoms kill) in Chinese. It's a pretty popular game in China. They have the physical as well as online version (web.sanguosha.com) but unfortunately the web version is only the Chinese version and not English.

Here's the youtube video i found on Youtube  which shows the actual physical game in English:

I really like it alot. Its actually based on 'bang!' card game but uses the characters from Romance of the 3 Kingdoms. I'm a big fan of 3 Kingdoms so i find this card game quite interesting.

Here's how to set up and play the game : https://sites.google.com/site/englishsanguosha/set-up

Anyway it widely available but in Chinese and not easy to get the English version unless order it through Amazon about USD30.

I cant read Chinese so I decided to D-I-Y the card game in English. I just need a pair of scissors or a cutter, 2 decks of playing cards (make sure they look identical and standard size), a glue and some patience. It actually took me 4-6 hours to do it :D

Here are the files:
Characters : http://www.4shared.com/office/N1wa2JD-/characters.html
Chart 1 (Chinese only) : http://www.4shared.com/office/wiFp4rXE/chart.html
Chart 2 (Chinese with English translation) : http://www.4shared.com/office/5qVF4v1E/chart_english.html
Standard Check : http://www.4shared.com/office/kKxh6tF_/standard_deck.html

Basically I will need to print out 'standard deck' in A4 size, cut them out and paste them on the playing cards (for the characters just print them out as it is; no need to glue them on the cards). To know which deck card matches which playing card, just refer to the chart (excel).

The problem I had was that the chart.xls was in Chinese. Not only that, the chart was in Traditional Chinese and the standard check was in Simplified Chinese. It wasnt easy to mix and match due to my limited Chinese characters vocabulary. So i decided to create a new chart.xls called 'chart_english.xls' with the English translation. Makes it alot easier if you dont know Chinese like me :D

You can also decide to add more characters by going here:
